We retain driver's license details, passport details, property details, details of assets and liabilities and bank statements until 5 years after the expiry of the contracts for which you are a guarantor and we may share this data with the banks and finance houses who provide facilities under your guarantee. We hold this data for the purposes of confirming your identity and creditworthiness. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in ensuring the repayment of facilities provided to a third-party.
