Your work will directly contribute to helping businesses secure the finance they need – quickly and efficiently.
Your Role: Enabling Smooth and Efficient Sales Transactions
As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring every transaction is processed with precision and care. You’ll work closely with colleagues, customers, banks, resellers, and third parties to move deals forward efficiently. You will:
- Support the Vendor and Direct Sales Teams with administrative duties to streamline the sales process.
- Ensure all required checklists are completed accurately, resolving any discrepancies to keep deals on track.
- Maintain up-to-date notes and records in our CRM system (FILEMAKER).
- Prepare and issue finance documentation swiftly and professionally, ensuring clarity for customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and finance providers, guiding them through the documentation process with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Check, validate, and process customer documents, liaising with customers and lenders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately book deals in and out of our system, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Provide data and reports using Excel, supporting the commission and sales tracking process.
- Undertake general office duties such as filing, shredding, and handling customer enquiries with a proactive mindset.
- Work closely with the Office Manager, flagging any issues and proposing solutions where possible.
